uptime-kuma: offer a redirect to a detailled error page when a service is down

This is implemented on Nextcloud now that it goes through a reverse proxy at OVH. We could setup the same for the rest of the ilot services.

nextcloud: sync client shows connection closed error

It looks like this issue was related to HTTP2 support being broken, and 3.14.1 fixed it by disabling HTTP2.
